The following criteria must be met to receive medical services at Good Samaritan Free Clinic:
- Patient must be age 16 to 64 (photo identification required).
- Patient must be employed (proof of employment required).
- Patient has no medical insurance, including the Medical Card or Medicare (consent to verify insurance required).
Who is NOT eligible to use Good Samaritan’s free services?
- Individuals who are unemployed.
- Individuals who have insurance, including the Medical Card, Medicare and veteran’s assistance.
- Individuals suffering from work related injuries involving worker’s compensation.
